Flexible Screw Conveyors 

The Flexicon flexible screw conveyors, known as helix conveyors, screw conveyors, spiral conveyors, and auger conveyors, provide efficiency and versatility in conveying bulk materials. They handle a wide range of materials, from large pellets to sub-micron powders, including both free-flowing and non-free-flowing substances, without separating blended products.

Bulk Bag Unloaders

Flexicon BULK-OUT® Bulk Bag Dischargers, also referred to as FIBC, Big Bag, and Jumbo Bag unloaders, come in various frame configurations. The two primary options include the BFF Series dischargers featuring a bag lifting frame for forklift loading and unloading of bulk bags, and the BFC Series dischargers equipped with a cantilevered I-beam, electric hoist, and trolley for loading and unloading bulk bags without requiring a forklift.

Vacuum Conveyors 

Vacuum dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems efficiently transport materials from various sources to designated destinations without introducing heat. These systems are preferred for handling hazardous materials due to superior leak containment and ease of material pickup from open containers using wands. Additionally, vacuum conveying enables direct feeding of blenders, reactors, and enclosed process vessels under vacuum, eliminating the need for individual filter receivers or cyclone separators at each discharge point.

Tubular Conveyors

FLEXI-DISC® Tubular Cable Conveyors, also known as Disc Conveyors and Drag Conveyors, smoothly transport bulk materials through stainless steel tubing using low-friction polymer discs attached to stainless steel cable. A wheel at one end drives the discs and cable, while another wheel at the opposite end maintains tension. This versatile design supports single or multiple inlets and outlets, allowing conveyor tubing to be routed horizontally, vertically, or at any angle through small wall or ceiling openings. The modular components enable easy addition, removal, or relocation of inlets and outlets, as well as adjustments to circuit length or routing to adapt to changing requirements.

Bulk Bag Fillers

Flexicon bulk bag fillers, also referred to as FIBC, Big Bag, and Jumbo Bag Fillers, offer a range of options from basic stand-alone units to advanced systems tailored to meet the budget and capacity needs of each customer’s application. These configurations are designed to deliver optimal performance within specific capacity ranges, ensuring maximum cost-effectiveness.

Bag Dump Stations

Flexicon bag dump stations, also referred to as manual dumping stations, capture dust generated during the transfer of powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, returning the material to the hopper. This system minimizes material waste, eliminates the requirement for cleaning a separate dust collection area, and safeguards workers while preventing plant contamination. Each unit includes a high-velocity vacuum fan that pulls airborne dust away from the operator through two cartridge filters sized appropriately for the application.
