Air Knife System

Regenerative Blower
In the industry, the design of regenerative blowers, also called side channel blowers, has remained unchanged for years. Republic Manufacturing has improved performance and longevity with their new models by addressing the common failure of the outer bearing. By swapping the two stages, their upgraded blowers reduce air temperature by up to 35°F, extend grease life by four times, and decrease bearing wear and failure, making them highly efficient and cost-effective options.
Vacuum Pump
Vacuum pumps generate a low-pressure atmosphere by transferring air from one chamber to another, diminishing the density of air particles and establishing a pressure gradient. This principle finds utility in tasks requiring air movement, where air naturally flows from high-pressure to low-pressure zones, or in scenarios necessitating a sustained low-pressure environment, like drying processes or pick-and-place operations.
